| The New Directions Learning Center was a text book project incorporating over 130,000 square feet of space. The $10 million project was completed in 8 1/2 months as a result of creative scheduling and construction management by the Wright Team. Two Critical Path schedules were completed, one for the classrooms and administration, the other for the gymnasium, cafeteria, and auditorium. Subcontractors were required to supply separate crews and supervision for both areas of construction in order to maintain the schedule. |
